Founder

John Stock

John has been in the property business for more than 50 years and in that time has gained experience across different sectors.

First as an agent in Mayfair and later as an investor, trader, developer, and financier.

In recent years his concentration has been on land and planning, using his broad experience to recognise the appropriate uses for the sites as well as plotting the most profitable course of action.

Away from his numerous business interests, John has a passion for fine dining, as well as supporting his beloved Arsenal.

Business Development Director

Jerome Roith

Jerome set up his own Residential Estate Agency in the 90's and exited the business to an overseas investor in 2006.

The last decade has seen Jerome acquiring sites without planning consent in high-value locations throughout England. He has secured numerous planning consents on brownfield and greenfield sites as well as delivering in excess of 150 residential units across Permitted Development schemes in SE England.

Away from everyday life, Jerome enjoys cooking high flavour meals for his family. He keeps in shape through 10k runs and regular visits to the gym. Jerome is mindful of mental health and practices meditation on a daily basis.

Director of Planning

Martin Margott

With over 40 years of experience in land and planning, Martin consistently produces market-leading returns for his investors.

He has delivered planning permissions on residential sites in excess of 2000 units and achieved planning consents on 450,000 sqft of Industrial and logistics schemes.

Martin is a well-respected figure in the UK property sector and is a consummate professional.

He has recently discovered a passion for home cooking and watches West London’s finest, Chelsea FC in his spare time.
